Dear Prospective Family,

Thank you for your interest in CORE PREP. After many years of being asked to start a Christian School, by former students and parents, I wrestled with the Lord about this call on my life. I decided to talk with close family and friends, while seeking the Lord’s guidance. This call has now become a desire from the Holy Spirit, on my life, to reach the CORE of the family. In doing so, it will cause a profound difference that will echo in the hearts of all who are touched.

Choosing where your child attends school is one of the most important decisions you will make in their lives. A decision with possibly the most far-reaching effects.

At CORE PREP, we believe that God creates each child differently. They have a natural hunger for knowledge and the mind is fed by ideas, more than by facts and information. These ideas, which inform our conscience and the choices that we make, find their source in God Himself. They are communicated to us through His Word, through people of the past and present, and through His creation.

Education properly understood is not merely the absorption of data and skill. It is the mind feeding on ideas given through expression in God’s creation, great art, beautiful music, and “living books.” Real learning occurs when students engage with novelists, poets, philosophers, scientists, mathematicians, artists, musicians, historians, and explorers. They wonder, asking why and how.

Our aim is to train students in the habits of learning, so they can develop knowledge for themselves. It will also fuel their God-given hunger for ideas.

Statement of Faith

Application

Mission Statement : CORE PREP is a loving community that spiritually and academically equips, challenges, and inspires students to impact their world for Christ.

Vision Statement:  Students at CORE PREP will be grounded in God’s Word and challenged to achieve academic excellence as they prepare to use their gifts and abilities effectively to follow God’s plan for their lives.

CORE Prep Values:  CORE PREP Academically Prepares Students for Life

CORE PREP is an academic institution that seeks to equip, challenge and inspire students to love learning, think critically, and apply knowledge, wisdom and understanding. CORE PREP utilizes diverse teaching methods, experiential learning, and the latest technology to prepare all students effectively to succeed in LIFE (college, career/job, civil service, military, trade school and business) while impacting their world for Christ. (Proverbs 2:1-11, Proverbs 1:7, Proverbs 22:6, Proverbs 9:9-10, and John 17:15,18)

CORE PREP'S Preschool will give  children  the opportunity to learn through exploring, play and   activities. Our goal is to have students engaged in Christ-centered hands on curriculum throughout the day.

CORE PREP’S elementary will consists of 1st-5th grade. At CORE PREP, we believe that every student can learn in an environment with opportunities and principles.

In middle school, Christ is still the focal point and students achieve more accountability in their academics. Teachers are there to steer them through the transition from elementary to middle school.

The teachers in the high school department will give their undivided attention first and foremost to each student. Christ is still the center of the learning environment and technology  is an important part of  the classroom to provide an effective education.

Foreign Exchange Program

CORE PREP'S plan is to provide the opportunities for students from around the world to join us here in Central Florida and to experience a Christian Education in the United States of America. Students typically will enroll for a full year or longer. For more information please email us here.

Homeschool Program

With customized learning that allows students to learn at their own pace and in their own style, our homeschool students using online curriculum partake in an individual learning experience similar to CORE Prep's classroom environment. This platform has  shown increased productivity, improvement in student grades, and greater enjoyment in their academic pursuits.

Adult Education

We plan to provide an adult high school completion program.
